The heart and the brains behind the business. Miss Dani Phantom always longed for a food establishment. Dani completed two years in the Culinary program at Westside Highschool on the west of Houston. Her first job in Houston, Texas as a teenager was Potbelly. She grew into her adulthood with the company until she had her own store in New York City as a General Manager. She was able to become versatile in Training, Inventory, inspiring projections, daily store upkeep, etc. From there she went on to work in New York City nightlife. Mastered her hospitality experience by becoming a high profile Maitre’D. Mangussy is the daughter of many years making people feel good. Every single day.
